As one of the most common accessories in construction machinery, hydraulic breaking hammer has been widely used in mining, railway, highway, municipal and other working places. As we all know, the hydraulic breaking hammer chews "hard bones" in daily work. The working environment is bad and the conditions are poor. Mastering the correct use method of the breaking hammer can not only improve the work efficiency, but also greatly prolong the service life and reduce the failure frequency. 1、 Selection of crushing hammer

Let's start with the selection of crushing hammer. Generally, users mainly consider the matching of working weight of hammer and bearing machine when selecting crushing hammer. Here, Xiaobian reminds you that the selection of crushing hammer should not only match the working weight, but also pay attention to the matching of output flow and pressure of the standby valve of the hydraulic hammer.

Generally speaking, the flow of the hydraulic hammer determines its working efficiency (i.e. the number of shocks per minute, and the flow is directly proportional to the number of shocks). If the flow and working pressure of the carrier are greater than the demand of the hydraulic hammer, the overflow valve needs to undertake heavy shunting unloading work. When the crushing hammer works under ultra-high pressure, it will cause pipeline burst, local overheating of hydraulic oil, and serious wear of directional valve, which will seriously affect the service life of hydraulic components.

2、 Use of crushing hammer

1. Visual inspection before crushing hammer operation

Check the clearance between the tool and its bushing and check whether there is hydraulic oil leakage. Once the hydraulic oil leakage of the crushing hammer is found, the damaged sealing ring shall be replaced immediately. And check whether the relevant bolts are loose and fall off. If necessary, tighten or replace them.

2. Lubrication before / during crushing hammer operation

The crushing hammer shall be lubricated before operation and within 2-3 hours of continuous operation. When beating butter, the crushing hammer should be placed vertically and the slender rod should be compacted without hanging in the air, so as to avoid the butter from entering the hydraulic system. It should be noted that the grease should not be injected too much. If it is injected too much, it will stick to the piston, and the grease is easy to enter the hydraulic system during operation.
